Shipping and Return Policy
Return Policy -
Online orders: returns must be made within 30 days of shipment date. You are responsible for return shipping.
In store purchase (must have receipt): All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase.
Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions when applicable and original packaging. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list/receipt with all returns.
Returns of special order (item not stocked in store) items have a 15% restocking fee.
Returning/Exchanging defective items: If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please call 866-678-7467 to return it to Northwest RV Supply and we'll arrange for a replacement. We will cover all reasonable and customary shipping fees.
Defective Items: If an item is defective within (30 days online/15 days in-store) from time of shipment you may return it to Northwest RV Supply for an exchange. After 30 days, the item falls under the manufacturers warranty and you must contact the manufacturer for repair/replacement. Once Northwest RV Supply receives the defective item, Northwest RV Supply will promptly ship out a replacement at no charge to you. Upon receiving the item Northwest RV Supply will inspect the item and credit your credit card accordingly. Northwest RV Supply reserves the right to determine if an item is defective or not. Any item deemed non-defective will be charged for shipping both ways and may incur up to a 20% restocking charge.
Batteries and electronics, including converters/inverters are not returnable. Any electronics that have been installed/connected are not returnable. Surplus items sold in store are returnable for store credit.
Please note that refunds to credit cards can take up to 7 days, based on and subject to your bank’s refund regulations.
